Introduction

The mission of Apricot English School LLC (“we”, “us”, “Apricot English School”, “apricotenglishschool.com”) is to help students improve their conversational and writing English skills. We strive to provide fast and effective ways to learn English with flexible learning options and customized learning programs and we hope that our teaching method will help students (“the student”, “you”, “your”) on their journey to mastering English. We understand that in order to guarantee a successful learning methodology, we need to gain the trust of everyone involved. To do so, we took the time to explicitly describe how our programs work, why your information is safe with us and finally, to whom and under which circumstance we will share your information.

How it works
The service we offer is quite simple. We teach English lessons to students within Kagoshima. If you wish to schedule a demo lesson at our school, you can contact us by phone, email or through our website contact form. Using our website’s contact form requires a valid email address and full name. Demo lessons are held at Apricot English School, and are a 30-minute version of our regular lessons designed to display some key features of our methodology. Detailed information about the lessons, textbooks, materials, schedules, price are discussed upon completion of the demo lesson. Purpose & scope of this policy

The purpose of the policy is to describe the context in which we collect, use, and share your personal information. Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. The information that we collect from “Users” includes, at a minimum, their email address, full name and their password. All information collected aside from standard browsing “visitor” data (“visitors” in this case includes “users”), including but not restricted to, location of visitors, time of the visit and time spend on website, computer IP Address, etc., is deliberately given by the user himself in order to receive a service that requires such information.

Term
You may terminate this Agreement and your account with Apricot English School at any time and for any reason by contact us using the form at the bottom of this page. We may terminate this Agreement with you, terminate your account, and elect not to implement our Services for you at any time and for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provided for your account.
Apricot English School’s intellectual property rights
The contents of the Site, including its look and feel (e.g. text, graphics, images, logos and button icons), photographs, content, notices, software, patented or patentable systems and methods, copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other laws. The Proprietary Information belongs exclusively to Apricot English School. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such Proprietary Information. Apricot English School grants you the right to view and use the Site subject to these terms. Your indemnification of Apricot English School

Limitation of liability

Miscellaneous
If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable by any arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement as a whole shall not be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, but only that portion of this Agreement that is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable shall be stricken from this Agreement.
